sat nam love

sat nam love

I am Linda, mama, yogi, partner, daughter, sister and friend, formerly an inventor, designer and CEO of a start-up.

Yoga has been with me for a long time, but initially rather casually, until I happened to be in a kundalini yoga class and this class was to change my life as only the birth of my two daughters had done before:

It was a decade ago that I was standing in the kitchen and snapping angry at my baby because she was kicking her little legs at me. I was probably overtired, outwardly successful (hey, one of my works made it into a group exhibition at MoMa!), but in an unhealthy relationship, emotionally dysregulated and entangled in all kinds of toxic coping mechanisms.

I had previously confused this dysregulation with passion, but both kundalini yoga and children have the characteristic in common that they remind you of your true self, with your best, but also your worst sides, your fears, biases, and your beauty.

This was followed by years of my own intensive somatic & therapeutic practice, a profound exploration of my inner children and the effects of neuroplasticity to understand that many of our patterns cannot be grasped with the mind alone: the issue is in the tissue!

Today I live in a relationship that could not be more loving & gentle and I am a mama that i would have wished for myself. I consider myself worthy enough to give and receive this boundless love.

The coolest part? This transformation is completely possible for you too. If I can break free from old patterns and step into a life of love and peace, so can you.

If you feel called, I will be happy to help you lovingly and in real, genuine connection. My trust muscle is enough for both of us until yours is big enough to love you as much as your children.

I envision a legacy of regulated, relaxed, and self-understanding mothers who are brave enough to carry their wounds with responsibility instead of handing them over to their children, deeply grounded in themself.

Let’s make this happen.
